This firmware does not work with NOMAD Jukebox Zen USB1.1/1394.

When the "Player is now rebooting" message appears on your computer, and the "Please Reset Player" message appears on your player's screen, your player will automatically reset itself.

When Windows informs you that the player is detected, click the Upgrade button.

Download and extract the firmware by executing (JBZen2PCFW_1_11_01.exe) on your computer.
